Orsolya Kalász (Poetry) and Kinga Ötvös (Music Performance)!

Orsolya Kalász has lived in Berlin as a translator and poet since 1995. Her poetry collection *Das Eine* won the Peter Huchel Prize in 2017. In 2021, she and Monika Rinck were jointly awarded the Erlangen Literature Prize for poetry in translation. She writes her own poetry sometimes in Hungarian and sometimes in German, and translates her own texts into the other language herself—a process that tends to result in a variation on the original.
Kinga Ötvös is a shape-shifter and vocal acrobat from Berlin. With degrees in vocal performance and theater studies, Kinga’s art operates at the intersection of various fields, including music, theater, drag, and performance art.
The event will be held in German and Hungarian (with translation)!
