The Latest Ukrainian Poetry & Songs from Berlin – Live!
In their collaborative performance, Ukrainian poet Nadiia and musician and singer Oles blend poetry, music, and visual imagery into an intense, multilingual stage experience. Ukrainian, English, and German texts are interwoven with live music, singing, and visual imagery—at times quiet and intimate, at others powerful and haunting. The program moves between personal memory and collective experience: between love and loss, inner turmoil, war, migration, and the question of how hope and connection can endure in a shattered world. Through poems, songs, and staged moments, an atmospheric journey emerges through different languages and soundscapes, opening new avenues to contemporary Ukrainian art.
